Michael uses a variety of steels and handle materials to create
his knives.
1024 and 15n20 are his preference when creating damascus steel;
other blade steels he uses are 52100, A2, ATS 34 and S30V.
All blades are heat treated and cryogenically treated by Michael
in his shop.

Natural
materials such as coco bola, desert ironwood, ivory, stag
and mother of pearl are preferred handle materials, but Michael
also uses G-10 and carbon fiber.
His folder styles include locking liners, slip joints, lock
backs and double-action automatics.
Handmade indexed screws and file work are just some of the
aesthetic details you'll see in Michael's knives.
